Return & Refund Policy

At lyzontra, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or refund a product. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns. (These policies are applicable to the country of origin of United States.)

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, the policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt. 

Return & Exchange Conditions

Condition 1
We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 
1. The product information does not match or is an error. 
2. Open lines/broken/stained/unclear pictures rendering or lettering. 
3. Wrong or mismatched size. 
4. Wrong or lost shipment. 
5. Damaged or otherwise defective. 

Condition 2
The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
1. Purchased the wrong item or chose the wrong size for the product. 
2. The product is not suitable. 
3. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, changed mind. etc

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@lyzontra.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on where to send the package. After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 1 to 7 business days and issue a full refund. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. To return the product, please contact our support team at sevice@lyzontra.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.(Normally, the return address will be provided to the customer in an email.)

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our support team at service@lyzontra.com.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns. 

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION

If the product is still being processed, you’re eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, USPS OR DHL tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.
